- The society has constructed an open community hall called the “
Silver Jubilee Hall” of about 4000 sq.ft.
- The society has also built a bigger community hall, with a kitchen.
- About 72 Flats were constructed with BDA approval.
- A shopping complex.
- There is also a Club House with a well equipped gymnasium and Swimming Pool.
- A well developed walking park for senior citizens and a children’s playground.
- The society has given the residents a van for garbage collection and disposal.
- A separate space for ladies club.
- An auditorium called “Subhash Bhavan”
